Mumbai, Feb 22 : Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has arrested
after getting into an argument with Iqbal Sharma, a businessman. An assault
case has been registered against the actor.
The incident took place on Tuesday night at a restaurant at
the Taj Palace in Colaba in Mumbai. Saif Ali Khan was dining with actress
girlfriend Kareena Kapoor and his friends at the posh restaurant.
According to sources, the Mumbai police will question Khan
for the alleged assault and decide whether to arrest him depending on what
comes out in the probe.Kareena kapoor is also expected to question along with
few other friends and few other people who were present at when the incident
took place.
The case was registered on Tuesday night under section 325,
read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code for voluntarily causing severe hurt.
Since it is a Bailable case Saif Ali Khan is expected to get
a bail soon.
